Very gentle pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation and aging “sur lie” for more than 1 year in stainless steel tanks with “batonnage”. Furtherly aged in bottle.

The historical “soldier” label was created by Renato Ratti to recall the heroism of the Piedmontese regiments in defense of their region during the Napoleonic period (1800). The label represents the “Infantry of Tortona” from 1750, place of birth of our Derthona.

The Albeisa – from the name of the city of Alba – it is the iconic bottle created by Renato Ratti in 1973, desired as a way of identifying the uniqueness of a territory and its wines.

Straw yellow colour, delicate aroma sporting agrumes and lemon peels with a full and savory palate. Perfect to pair with starters, first courses, fish and white meat.
