Soft press. Alcoholic fermentation in French barriques of first and second passage. Refinement including a rest period of several months in its lees inside stainless steel tanks.

Particularly suited to accompany dishes of fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Offers elegant harmonies with vegetable based dishes. Allowed to age in the bottle, it surprises for its complexity; also excellent with more spiced recipes.
